Gadhungal Marring is excited to offer a FREE Fishing Day for young people aged 8–16 years, running from 10:00am – 2:00pm. This fun and engaging day on Country is a great opportunity for kids to connect with culture, learn new skills, and enjoy time outdoors with our experienced Gadhungal Marring staff.

Participants will be picked up and dropped off from the Gadhungal Marring office at 3/4 Cumberland Avenue South, Nowra, with transport provided to and from the fishing location. Depending on weather and conditions, the fishing location will be confirmed closer to the date, and parents/carers will be notified in advance. Our team will also remain in contact with parents throughout the day to ensure everyone feels informed and supported.

The day will focus on safe and enjoyable fishing experiences, water awareness, teamwork, and learning about the cultural significance of fishing, all while having fun and making memories with peers.
