This program invites children to step into the ways of the traditional Hunter and Gatherer lifestyle with three unique workshops. It combines education, physical activity, and cultural immersion while fostering a connection to nature and teamwork.

Group Size: Maximum 30 kids, divided into 3 groups of 10

Location: Huskisson Maritime Museum
Food Provided:
Fruit Break: Morning snack at 11:30 AM
Lunch: 12:45 PM

Bush Tucker & Mangrove Walk
Artefacts and Spear Throwing
Child Safety: Supervised drop-off and pick-up process. First aid kits and water stations available at all times.
Program Schedule
10:00 AM | Arrival & Registration | Kids check-in, assigned to groups (Group 1, 2, or 3)
10:30 AM | Workshop Rotation 1 | Kids rotate through their first workshop.
11:30 AM | Fruit Break | All kids come together for a healthy fruit snack.
11:45 AM | Workshop Rotation 2 | Kids rotate to their second workshop.
12:45 PM | Lunch Break | Nutritious lunch provided for all kids.
1:15 PM | Workshop Rotation 3 | Kids attend their third and final workshop.
2:15 PM | Fun Wrap-Up Activity | All kids gather for a light, fun group activity.
2:30 PM | Pick-Up | Kids ready for parent/guardian collection.
Kids should bring a hat, water bottle, and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
Sunscreen will be provided, but please apply before drop-off.
Clearly label all personal items.
